What payment methods you you accept?

Checks must be received by RBE at least 3 days in advance of the party date. Mail payments to:
Royal Bounce East
P.O. Box 151
New Baltimore, MI 48047
If you wish to pay on the day of the event, you must pay in cash. No personal checks are accepted on event day.
How much deposit do you require?
We do not require a deposit.
Can a reservation be cancelled?
Yes. We simply request that if you must cancel, please give us a minimum notice of 48 hours so that we may attempt to offer your reserved item to others who may have requested it. There is no cancellation fee.
What if rain is forecast?
It's your call!
If rain is forecast, or winds in excess of 20-25 mph that prevent the safe operation of the inflatable, give us a call if you choose to cancel. We will be more than happy to re-schedule if you wish. We ask that you make that call at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time, so that we can adjust our delivery route accordingly.
If light rain is forecast but not in effect, you may wish to proceed with the rental. Most of our bouncers have tops on them to keep out light rain. However, should conditions worsen, the unit must be shut down and the blower motor unplugged from its source. If conditions later improve, you can re-inflate the unit and dry it with towels so that bouncing can resume! Wet, slippery bouncers are hazardous do to the lack of controlled bounce ability. Once dried out with towels, safe operation can resume.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE UNIT HAS BEEN SET UP.
Can an inflatable be set up on the driveway?
Yes, but we need advance notice of this so that we can bring our anchoring system for driveways.
How far from the house can you set up?
Up to 100 feet away from the power source.
If you wish to set up farther away and have a generator, no problem! We can also rent you a generator if you wish. ($60, including gas.)
Can we put the inflatable anywhere we want?
Well...., to a degree.
It can't be set up near a pool (minimum 25 feet away.)
There can be no low hanging branches or overhead wires to a height of 18' for most units, 25' for the Giant Slide.
And the site has to be reasonably level.
Otherwise, OK!
Whatever site you choose, we request that it be free of rocks, sticks, and dog waste prior to installation. WE WILL NOT SET UP ON GRAVEL OR BARE SOIL.
How much yard space will it use?
Depends on the inflatable.
Whatever the size of the unit, and about 3 more feet on all sides. Regular moonwalks require a minimum 20' x 20' ground space.
Will you deliver to parks?
Yes! We routinely work with city parks and the Metroparks. First, though, you should verify with the park office that inflatables are permitted at your site. Also check on electrical availability and whether you will need a generator. Also check their requirement regarding proof of insurance from us.
How much will it cost me to power the blower unit?
Probably less that a dollar for an 8 hr. rental period of continuous use. Most of our blowers draw less than 10 amps and use less energy than a hair dryer.
Can I pick up and set up the inflatable myself?
Sorry, but no!
For insurance reasons and safety's sake, our units must be installed by our personnel. Our personnel have been trained in the proper methods for safe set up and operation. Not to mention that many of our inflatables weigh in excess of 300 pounds!
So you are insured?
Absolutely! And it is our promise that we will ALWAYS be insured.
